- Owners can block out days for personal use as requested
- Owner is only required to have personal insurance for the trailer or RV and that the insurance is aware you rent your RV trailer. Your personal insurance is never used for the rental as the customer pays for insurance during the full rental period. Most insurance companies allow this, and some may add an additional rider.
Managers Responsibilities 50% Management Fee
- Develop and post ads for the RV Rental through websites and other marketing
- Reply to rental requests and answer any questions they may have about their rental
- Prepare your RV rental for pickup and drop off inspections
- Complete Pre trip and Post Trip inspections with the renter taking pictures and notes
- Supplying renters with manuals and instruction on RV use plus actual demonstrations
- RV Cleaning and washing
- Damage Estimations and collections
- Provide storage facilities
- Upon request we will deliver and set up RV Trailer for extra charges
- Arrange for assistance if they require roadside assistance or breakdown

Using a Base rental of $160 per night for the season and rented 60 nights per season.
Rental income would be $5,760.00 which could go towards payments if you have financed your trailer.
Using a Base rental of $125 per night for the season and rented 60 nights per season.
Rental income would be $4,500.00 which could go towards payments if you have financed your trailer.

Using a Base rental of $110 per night for the season and rented 60 nights per season.
Rental income would be $3960.00 which could go towards payments if you have financed your trailer.
16 Ft Tent Trailer with no slides
Using a Base rental of $80 per night for the season and rented 60 nights per season.
Rental income would be $2880.00 which could go towards payments if you have financed your trailer.
